The 365ECHO Forums is a public discussion board and, while we encourage a free flow of information and ideas on the forums, we also ask that you follow a few basic rules.
By using or participating on the 365ECHO Forums, you agree to the following information. These are the same guidelines the 365ECHO moderators use to review posts. Posts found to be in violation of any of the below will be deleted without notice. The poster may be warned about the misappropriate posting. If the same user is found to be in violation after being warned, that user's account may be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to edit/delete posts/threads/signatures at our discretion. Any post/thread/signature that we deem inappropriate for viewing will be dealt with accordingly. If you have any questions about actions taken against a post/thread/signature please PM the appropriate forum's Moderator(s).
1. HARASSMENT AND FLAMING
Be nice, treat fellow members with respect. Members are not permitted to harass or "flame" other members. Please do not post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable material of any kind. Please note that this also includes the posting of taunts on a forum solely for the purpose of deriding that forum and/or members.
2. ADVERTISEMENTS AND SOLICITATIONS
Promos, ads, solicitations, referral links will be deleted without advance notice. If you join us just to advertise your website, not only will the post/s be removed, but your account will as well. Posts that are blatent advertisements, or someone popping through just to say "Look at my Site," will be deleted according to judgement rendered by the Moderators and Admins. Likewise, abuse of our PM system to either Spam or Solicit Members will be dealt with swiftly.
3. COPYRIGHTED OR TRADEMARKED MATERIALS
It is illegal to post any content that is copyrighted or trademarked, unless you hold the copyright or trademark. Any material protected by copyright may not be posted in the message boards without the expressed permission of the author or owner of the copyright on that material. This includes reproducing the full text of news stories, articles, etc. It is acceptable to provide a link to copyrighted material, to post brief excerpts, or to paraphrase other works, though we do strongly encourage you to cite the original source whenever possible.
4. SPAMMING
Topics/posts that are just complete nonsense will be deleted, or have the entire thread locked, at the moderators discretion. If you violate this rule, your account may be automatically banned without prior warning.
5. RACISM
Topics/posts containing such will be edited or deleted accordingly. If you violate this rule, your account may be automatically banned without prior warning.
6. PORM
Material that is sexually or otherwise obscene is not permitted on these forums. Topics/posts containing such will be deleted on sight. If you violate this rule, your account may be automatically banned without prior warning.
7. CROSS-POSTING
Posting the same question in more than one forum is not allowed. Should this occur, then only the thread in the most relevant forum will be left open; all others will be locked and subsequently deleted.
8. SIGNATURE
To keep the page loading time and visual annoyance factor down to a minimum, ensure your graphical signatures do not exceed a maximum of 300 pixels (width) x 60 pixels (Height) and 20 kilobytes file size. Alternatively, three lines of text can be used as a signature. Do not pad out your text lines with blanks lines. A line of text is defined such that it does not wrap when viewed at a resolution of 640x480. If these limits are exceeded then you may be contacted by a moderator requesting an amendment to your signature. If none is made within a reasonable period of time, then a moderator may remove your signature from your profile.
9. DISCLAIMER
365ECHO is not responsible for messages posted on the 365ECHO Forums or the content therein. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this includes messages posted by our moderators, personnel, agents, representatives et al. 365ECHO reserves the right to reveal the identity of or whatever information we know about any user in the event of a complaint or legal action arising from any message posted by said user. This INCLUDES your private messages.
365ECHO Members are solely responsible for all Content that they post on our site. We shall have the right, but not the obligation, to correct any errors or omissions in any Content, as it may determine in its sole discretion. We further reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to delete or remove any user content from the site and to deny the access of any member to all part of this site, at any time for any reason without prior notice or liability.
