Learn to "Bake Like Glacé" in progressive, hands-on courses with Chef Higashiguchi. There are 2 series: the amateur classes and professional classes.
*Amateur classes are for anyone who likes to bake.
*Professional classes are for chefs, chef assistants in other cake shops who wish to "Bake Like Glacé". Students will be attached to our main kitchen for about a month to learn as part of the franchise arrangement.
